Martin Kaufmann has over 20 years experience in Executive Management and Consulting across Europe, with a substantial track record in German speaking countries. Martin has a Masters degree in Engineering from ETH Zurich and trained with the AMP (Advanced Management Program) at Insead, Fontainebleau.
After working in the IT, machinery and aerospace industries, Martin spent 20 years in senior management consulting, holding senior roles including Partner specialising in telecommunications at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in strategic consulting as Vice President at Capgemini / Gemini Consulting. Following this, Martin ran the Swiss arm of international Executive Search firm, Gemini Executive Search.
Martin joined Harvey Nash to grow our Executive Search capability in Switzerland and harness our international search reputation in the Swiss market. With broad experience as an executive search professional, Martin focuses on Financial Services, Professional Services and Industry/Commerce.
