Anders has 17 years of experience in executive search at a senior level across Scandinavia having completed over 300 successful assignments.

With a focus on international industry and retail clients, Anders has developed long term business relationships with global industry clients based in Scandinavia. “I strive for long client relationships and strongly believe that a deep knowledge and understanding of the client’s business, culture and challenges can create tremendous value in placing the best leaders into a company over a sustained period of time”.

Anders co-founded Alumni AB, now part of Harvey Nash Executive Search, in 1990 as a graduate from Stockholm School of Economics. Anders is deeply involved in developing client relationships and conducting senior level executive search assignments. Having participated in building Sweden’s top executive search company and recently integrating the company with Harvey Nash, Anders is now responsible for the global industry practice and is also part of the Executive Search management team.

Anders also has personal relationships with a large number of both current and future industry leaders through systematically identifying and building relationships with young people with top potential. “When we started Alumni our strategy was to follow the top leaders born in the 60s and 70s through their successes. Following that strategy for seventeen years has built a fantastic network for both me and the firm”.
