Following a degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Asset Management, Anne Sophie began her career in Finance with a well-known insurance company, part of the Generali Group, before moving to Credit Commercial de France, part of the HSBC Group, where she was responsible for advising individuals how to manage their family wealth and how to invest safely.

In 2001, Anne-Sophie moved into recruitment to focus on the financial services sector and more specifically the retail, private and investment banking sector.

After seven successful years and having completed an MBA in Human Resources Management (Paris Dauphine University) along the way, Anne-Sophie joined Harvey Nash Executive Search in France to develop the Business, Professional & Financial Services Practices.

Anne-Sophie has an excellent knowledge and has developed expert recruitment methods for these specific industry sectors.
