"Whether the project focuses on reviewing leaders through a strategic shift, building a strong employer brand or developing the recruitment process for a client, it is always rewarding to see successful resolution of a project and it’s effect on the people within the company”.
 
Åsa joined Alumni / Harvey Nash in 2000, with a strong belief that key people within an organisation bear a significant influence on it’s performance. During her time at the company, she has been a driving force in the development of the consulting services offering for Alumni / Harvey Nash.

Previously, Åsa was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, with a particular focus on the retail and consumer goods sector in Scandinavia.
