Åsa began her career as a graduate trainee at Telia within the group business control department. She spent four years in business controlling roles across different subsidiaries of Telia, focusing on broadband and associated products.

Åsa then joined world wide IT consultancy provider CSC as controller before moving to listed Swedish software company, Enea AB, as business controller. After seven years in business control roles, building processes for business planning and forecasting, Åsa decided to move into executive search joining Alumni / Harvey Nash to continue working to help clients to strengthen their finance departments.

Åsa´s previous industry experience gives her a deep understanding of her clients needs and enables her to have very close dialogue with her clients. Both clients and candidates appreciate a consultant who has been in their position and environment.
