Barbara Fila has 18 years experience in the executive search industry. She began her career at Amrop in Poland and since then has held senior positions at Terrence Chapman, Spencer Stuart and Executive Network. Barbara has cross industry expertise with more in-depth experience of Finance, Consumer Goods, Media and Industrial sectors.

Barbara holds a Masters of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of London.
