Christoffer, a qualified lawyer, is a Senior Consultant at Harvey Nash / Alumni specialising in financial services and legal. Christoffer works in the European market, particularly Scandinavia primarily with in-house clients. He has also worked strategically with Senior Counsel and management at some of the world’s leading organisations.

Prior to moving into executive search, Christoffer had a successful career as a lawyer before moving into HR.  In 1999 Christoffer joined Sweden’s largest law firm, Mannheimer Swartling, focusing on M&A and banking and finance. After a spell with the Ericsson Group as an in-house lawyer, reporting to the Global Chief Legal Officer, Christoffer actively pursued a career within talent management where held a variety of roles including Vice President HR at one of the largest publicly listed corporations in the Nordic Region, Fortum Corporation. Initially reporting into the SVP HR in Helsinki, Christoffer focused on management planning, but was rapidly promoted to VP Compensation and Benefits at Group level.

Having worked in senior HR management for one of the largest companies in the Nordics, Christoffer understands what it takes to be a successful at a top executive level. “I have worked face-to-face with senior management at two large, listed Nordic corporations, this has given me a unique insight into the daily challenges faced by today’s senior executives”.

Christoffer holds a Bachelor in Science in Psychology from Stockholm University.
