With a Masters in Psychology & Sociology, Elisabeth began her career in an IT Services company. Two years later she joined international Executive Search Company, Marlar International, as a consultant where she played an integral part in the creation and development of their French business. Elisabeth quickly progressed to the position of Managing Partner – France, working with a team across 25 offices across worldwide.

Elisabeth spent 15 years at Marlar recruiting Executives and Senior Management positions for major international companies. She successfully completed many high profile assignments, recruiting strategic local and international managers across a broad range of sectors. She established new business with many American companies and was actively engaged with the dynamics of client’s markets and the challenges facing the industries by establishing fair and successful relationships through a very qualitative approach.

In 1998, Elisabeth joined Harvey Nash, her drive being to move to a global Executive Search Company and to be part of a fully integrated organisation. Based in Paris, she established the French Harvey Nash office where she operates across Southern Europe (Switzerland, Italy and Spain). She has successfully delivered many key Executive roles to international players within many sectors. Her strategy is based on qualitative approach and long term client relationships, to bring them outstanding talent to help her client partners remain a step ahead, including growing the business, moving on changes such as integration, globalisation and diversification. Internationally minded, she manages a multicultural team able to work in multiple languages.
