Jan began his career in management consulting at the top-tier strategy consulting firm Bain & Co, where he spent five years after graduating with an MSc in Business from the University of Lund in 1999. At Bain he worked with a broad range of industries giving strategic and operational advice in a variety of functional areas such as corporate strategy,
commercial due diligence, growth strategy and procurement.

Jan has broad international experience having worked and lived in the UK, USA and South Africa. In 2004 Jan joined Alumni / Harvey Nash as he wanted to focus more on leadership issues as he truly believes in the power of strong leadership and thereby motivating employees in a business.
