Joel holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Stockholm. His thesis explored military leadership skills transferred to a business context. After graduating Joel worked as an licensed psychologist and leadership consultant with leadership development, behavioural change and feedback training at Feelgood / Haluxa.

In the spring of 2009 Joel joined Alumni / Harvey Nash to focus on leadership assessment and development within the Executive Review service line.
