Prior to joining Alumni Poland Kamila worked for both international and local executive search firms such as Korn/Ferry, Huberts Mozes & Partners and Step Up conducting searches across industries with focus on Consumer Goods in Poland as well as in CEE region, recruiting for senior and middle management roles.

She holds Master's degree in Marketing and Management from Warsaw University and completed post-graduate studies in Human Resources Management at Kozminski University.
