Kirti specialises in leadership appointments in two main areas – Enterprise Software and Consultancy. She works with companies of all sizes from NASDAQ-listed businesses such as Borland and Cognos, to high growth emerging businesses such as Patni and Compel, as well as tier one consultancy firms such as Deloitte and IBM Global Services.
She joined Harvey Nash in 1998 as part of the Pan-European Business Development Team. With experience in competing with (and beating) the ‘Goliaths’ while at a niche search firm as well as breaking into new markets, she was soon managing the software team here. Now she is Director, Enterprise Solutions in our Technology Practice and Account Director for many of our Pan-European clients.

Some recent examples: thanks to Kirti, a major name from a top global systems integrator left his board role to take up the post of MD for a small £100million UK Plc; she also engineered a landmark hire for an Indian off-shore development company who appointed EVP EMEA from a market leading BPO player; she attracted a well know sales driven general manager from a major Enterprise Software vendor to join an ambitious high growth Private Equity backed business.
A graduate in Physics and Chemistry from UCL , one of the top performing Search Consultants at Harvey Nash for the past 5 years ; Kirti regularly comments on issues relating to the industry in the national and trade press and is considered an internal thought leader for the Enterprise Software market. When she’s not working, Kirti spends her time travelling, socialising and supporting her husband’s very demanding motor racing career!
