Lars joined Alumni / Harvey Nash in 2001 when Alumni / Harvey Nash was setting up its first office in the Öresund region. He brought extensive experience from the international business community, primarily from the telecoms industry where he worked closely with the then CEO of Telia, Marianne Nivert.

At Alumni / Harvey Nash, Lars focuses on board-level assignments; CEO searches for listed companies, recruitment of non-executive directors/chairmen and board audits. He acts as a trusted advisor to senior directors from listed companies, private equity firms, and family-owned businesses.

Lars has a degree in management from Lund University and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley (Haas Business School). He is also a reserve officer in the Royal Swedish Marines.
