Lo joined Alumni / Harvey Nash in 2008 and shortly after joining was made practice manager for the public sector. Lo has significant experience of working across business, Swedish politics and non-profit organisations having previously worked for the Swedish Government, the Swedish Employers Federation and for a time she was also the General Manager for a consultancy firm which specialised in strategic communications. Lo also has experience in Swedish politics on the municipal level and spent five years as CEO for non-profit organisation Young Enterprise Sweden.
Having spent many years as an operational leader Lo wanted to work more specifically with leadership and decided to move towards executive search. It was the professionalism and entrepreneurial environment that appealed to her about Alumni / Harvey Nash.
Lo studied business administration at the University of Stockholm, majoring in economics. She also studied journalism at Poppius journalistskola.
