Michał Wójcik has 10 years of experience in the executive search industry, gained at Spencer Stuart first, and Russell Reynolds Associates respectively. He has cross industry experience, though his expertise is built mainly around the Consumer Goods, Retail and Media sectors where he recruited for general management, marketing, sales, HR and supply chain functions in Poland and across CEE region. He also has experience from executive review projects.

Michał earned his Master of Arts degree in Chinese Philology at Warsaw University and is an alumnus of Beijing University, PRC, and National Taiwan Normal University, ROC.
