Nick Marsh joined Harvey Nash in 2002 and is now responsible for the worldwide executive search business which operates across the USA, UK, Sweden, France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Poland. The business has grown to c. 200 people, a threefold growth in the time Nick has been at Harvey Nash.
In addition to running the global business, Nick leads the Technology practice which is recognised as one of the major players in the market. He actively conducts searches for Chairmen, CEOs, Business Unit Leaders and Regional Directors.
Prior to joining Harvey Nash, Nick was with Odgers Ray & Berndtson where, as Partner and Chairman of the European Technology Practice, he helped that firm grow to four times the size in four years. Prior to this Nick was with MSL, a UK search firm and earlier in his career with SG Warburg.
Nick is passionate about motor racing, competing regularly in the British GT Championships and at Le Mans. He also sits on the Board of Byte Night, an annual event where IT Executives sleep outdoors to raise money for leading Children’s Charity, Action for Children (formerly NCH). He recently joined the Board of Think London, the inward investment agency for London.
