Suzanna has an MSc in Business Administration from Uppsala University and has held consultancy roles throughout her career. Beginning her career at Accenture in 1996, Suzanna worked primarily with change management before moving to AcadeMedia to focus on competence development using online support. “Joining in a peak period, and then living through the IT-slump and downturn, I ended up doing pretty much everything from identifying and selling to the client, to analysis, project management and assume responsibility for the whole delivery”.

Suzanna joined Alumni / Harvey Nash in 2006 taking on the opportunity to combine her business interest with her passion for psychology and getting to the core of people and their abilities. Suzanna's passiong for psychology inspired her to study it for one year, focusing on testing and selection processes. A competence that she has developed further at Alumni / Harvey Nash, she is now certified in a number of testing tools.
