Having worked as a line manager for nearly fifteen years and being passionate about the power of excellent leadership, Tanja found herself ready to move into career in consultancy building on the experiences she had gained from the “client perspective” with her former employers Nobel Industries, Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal and RFSU.

Tanja holds an International Degree in Business Administration and has lived abroad both studying and working in the UK, Spain and Italy. Being half Austrian, Tanja gladly took on the responsibility of coordinating the international partnerships for Alumni / Harvey Nash and she enjoys interacting with other cultures and making the most using her language skills!
