Alistair Robinson leads Harvey Nash Executive Search and has full P&L responsibility for the business. He is a UK-chartered accountant who, in 1996, after an early career in finance and accounting, began his executive search career in the UK with Michael Page International. At Michael Page, Alistair’s client portfolio included a number of U.S. corporate clients. Promoted to the Board of the company's U.S. operation in 2000, Alistair relocated to New York. Having successfully completed his three-year business plan, Alistair joined Harvey Nash in early 2004, with the objective of building the company's U.S. Executive Search arm.
Alistair specializes in C- and VP-level searches in the broad technology sector.
Alistair is a graduate of Bristol University.

John Durkey joined Harvey Nash in 2006. He possesses extensive, hands-on experience leading and executing retained search across all functions within the software, hardware, life sciences and medical device industries. John has a proven track record in building management teams at privately held, emerging companies and is an expert at reinvigorating established corporations with new talent.
John previously worked for two of Boston's respected boutique search firms. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Z Resource Group's Life Science and Technology Practices and prior to that role, he was a Principal at The Onstott Group.
John is a graduate of Purdue University.

Manu Bakshi joined Harvey Nash in 2007. He leads the Financial Services Practice and specializes in executive search for hedge funds and investment banks.
Manu has spent five years in search and has significant experience in the execution of C-, Director- and VP-level searches with global hedge funds and investment banks. Prior to Harvey Nash, Manu worked for IBM in international human resources and talent management.
Manu graduated from Aberdeen University with a Master's in Personnel Management.

Jeremy Roffman joined Harvey Nash Executive Search as a research associate in 2004. He has since then played a significant role in the identification and sourcing of talent nationwide for a plethora of C- and VP-level leadership searches specifically in the technology sector.
In 2005, Jeremy was promoted to Head of Research for the U.S. Technology Practice and tasked with implementing world-class research strategies to support Harvey Nash's growing national search presence. Jeremy's was promoted again in 2009 to a position with and a focus on executive search for software companies. Jeremy also has a proven capability in building effective sales, professional services, business development and engineering teams for our technology clients.
Jeremy received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado.
Alex Halpert, Principal, Financial Services, Executive Search

Alex Halpert is a member of the Financial Services Practice and leads our activities in the IT/Technology functional area. Alex possesses significant experience in executive IT searches in the front, middle and back office of large banks and hedge funds. Prior to joining Harvey Nash Executive Search in 2009, Alex worked for another New York-based search firm.
Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Computer Science from Union College.

Alexa Bailey began her career in executive search at Harvey Nash in 2006. In 2009, Alexa was promoted and relocated to New York to lead our Research Team. Alexa is responsible for leading our Executive Search Research Capability and has successfully delivered a number of C- and VP-level searches in the broad technology sector in both Europe and the U.S. Alexa also champions Harvey Nash Executive Search diversity initiatives and is responsible for
Inspire – Executive Women in Industry.
